What we collect

We collect only what is needed to create and retrieve your Quick-Start Plan: the purchaser's name and email address, a parent or caregiver first name, a student first name or nickname, the student's current grade and expected graduation year, your planning-stage and pathway selections, your responses to the readiness questions, and the plan content you create.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for birth dates, school identification numbers, disability documentation, medical or mental-health information, detailed academic records, transcripts, test scores, home addresses, or other sensitive information. Please use a first name or nickname for your student.

How your information is used

Your information is used to generate your personalized plan, save your progress so you can return to it, deliver your purchase receipt and access link, and provide customer support. Your family's individual responses are private and are never published or shared.

Storage and security

Plan data is stored in a secured database and is accessible only from your signed-in account. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers.

Analytics

We record basic usage events—for example, that a step was completed—so we can improve the experience. These events never include your answers, notes, or any information that identifies your student.

Email

We email you a receipt and an access link. If you opt in to check-in reminders, we use your email only for that purpose. You may ask us to delete your data or unsubscribe at any time.

Children and students

This product is purchased and managed by a parent, caregiver, or adult student. Please do not enter information about a minor beyond a first name or nickname and grade level.
